  • History:

Sadly, the panda is an endangered species and is threated by habitat loss and fragmentation due to human activities, as well as a low birth rate of offspring. Despite their natural habitat normally ranging throughout southern, eastern, and western China, panda populations are so low that they currently only live in small pockets in western China. However, the good news is that pandas are among the most well protected species due to various laws, conversation methods, and sanctuaries.
