The earliest known human writings come from the long-vanished civilization of Sumer. One of these writings, carved in stone, tells of a poor family that wandered away from their village to find a new home after their crops failed. In the wilderness, they spied a Lucky Dragon.
Running to the spot where they’d seen the dragon, they found an oasis in the barren land. The family settled in that very spot, and the oasis watered their land and made it fertile.
The family went on to be one of the most prosperous in all Sumer. Eventually, their son, a boy named Gilgamesh, became king and enjoyed a long reign full of adventure. His parents knew the true goal of his many adventures: to once again find the elusive Lucky Dragon.
